Your interpretation matches mine Michael. Those are not "SALE" Form 4s but "acquisition" statements. {Notice i did not say "buys"...} I surmise that it probably is associated with part of their compensation package. Unfortunately I have not not followed closely in the previous SEC filings the compensatory benefits granted to the principals of DNAG. Perhaps someone out there who has been more diligent than I can clarify??
