Glad I wasn't lazy. Arkady Frekhtman is licensed to practice in N.Y., Washington D.C., Florida, Texas and Washington State.
Evidently Mr. Frekhtman ignored the "severe scam warnings" of various negative posts all written through aliases as if there is a group who don't recommend KATX, rather than one schemer. The man decided to make some serious bucks by investing some serious monies.
It seems he is completely focused on EARNING money the legal way, so he invested in KATX and BVIG.
