This is a sales agreement yes? How does anyone predict how this service will be received and adopted and at what percentage?? There is nothing wrong with announcing a strategic sales agreement but to stick a 10M value with assumptions about acceptance rates is just sales puffery. Not saying it can't be achieved but to announce it as if it 's a foregone conclusion is reckless IMO. Its good news that management is finding avenues of distribution but they have to reign in the pie in sky estimates until they can back it up with REAL sales figures.
