I think perform4you may have found something. I'll try to find the suit filed in NV and post. I guess the company who sold the vehicle to Peter is owed a lot of money and it appears that they are trying to take back the vehicle. This does not look good for Anthus/Pete. Imo, It also looks like he's taken a lot of money off the table over the last year and a half all to the detriment of the shareholders!!
