I do not like having any part of my finances dependent on what David Saltrelli does or does not do. Also, if you believe the loans and dilution are in the rearview mirror, you are sadly mistaken. He's using this stock as a cash cow to keep the business afloat, so he can continue to draw his salary. He will do it as long as possible.
