This is odd, it almost seems like a sub penny stock. Crazy volume to absolutely no volume no movement, to crazy volume again and back and forth. It almost feels like someone is creating this, I cant figure it out. Something major is about to happen, the calm before the storm. At least that's what I'm telling myself, I cant put any reason to it any other way. Any thoughts? I felt like we would have seen consistent volume and a slow rise in PPS after 2-28 shareholder PR. Is it possible someones keeping it stagnate to try and thin the herd and swallow up more shares before major news release. I'm at a loss, has the float changed at all? Is this even possible???
