One CONSECUTIVE year of MISSING financials (three Form 10-Q's & one 10-K).
I've harped on this issue before....In the past, I could not understand how/why the CPA firms hired after Weinberg & Company were permitted by the AICPA & possibly the PCAOB to issue 10-K opinion letters since the previous firm (Weinberg & Co) had unpaid fees due to them. IMHO, Weinberg & Company was engaged to prepare and/or consult on the MISSING filings below. I believe they are MISSING since Weinberg was not paid past due accounting fees.
AAPT has yet to file the 12/31/2007 Form 10-K (NT 10-K notice/link below).

AAPT has yet to file ANY of the Year 2008 Form 10-Q's (there are three).
