Precisely why I did not participate. I too think that the 45Mil spent mainly on administrative costs in 6 years by 6 - 10 employees should be audited and examined in detail to see exactly where it all went and to who. But, I doubt it will ever happen. I saw this offering as an attempt to keep the paychecks coming, JMO from an admittedly unhappy camper.
