I got a proxy as well. The proxy was to vote in three board members. Also to repeal some by-laws that are in place. I think there was some discussion about those by-laws on this board at one time stating how one sided or close to illegal they were. All seems to be good things for the company, especially since it was close to a dead mule before. It seems as though there is a group trying to at lease clean things up. There were a couple of orders by judges late last year to allow this proxy and a meeeting to be held.
