I am not a financial guru, lol. . .but when I looked up the term "Collateral Access Agreement" the answers I found said it means the contract allowing the lender full access to our properties (we have none, really, we sold it all) and any physical assets such as equipment and materials to take, use, store, or do with as they choose. This was how it was explained, and how it came across in reading the term in other SEC filings from various other companies. Please note, lol, I may be wrong in my understanding. I have spent a great deal of time trying to learn the verbage, and would consider myself an intelligent individual. Nonetheless, these filings are so confusing, loop around in circles, and are a pain in the butt to try and decipher. :)
