Metered -organized exchanges of stocks usually indicate somebody thinks there is more life in a stock. After all what can be done holding "dead"stocks? Of course millions of sub pennies could make a good payday. I still think the expectations of this company going to print on comics in 3 weeks is unrealistic. Active media printing clearly states they deal with mainland China.
