Yes it is close, you can smell it. One big clue is the earnings has been steady on the 15 or very close to it every month. Now they delay a week, i believe it is to talk about the rulings that will happen before the report. Not that they are releasing news, just they figured the ruling would be done. But this judge get confused every time they introduce a new document. So stop with the submissions now !!!!!
