Drilling without a licence and permit is illegal. This is just a charade to try to convince MRT that they would drill ifgiven the extension. GSLM is still in liquidation and therefore cannot trade. So that would appear to be 2 very big things in the way. The FACT that they have no money is the third major obstacle that only would become relevant after the other 2 were cleared.
