Wow that 10-Q you read is old news and was the old foreclosure company and the report was from 10/26/2012. That was before the deal an the company direction from forclusure to becoming cannavest. Got anything from today:) 5 Months ago lol.

The deal they made that you call a shell was a deal for 35 mil. The company licence of phytosphere they acquired in the deal from mjna gave them a product allready generating millions and the inventory alone was worth more than 35 mil.

Thou I respect your opinion. I think you should know the facts about the previous company called foreclosure solutions(as you say Total current assets - $163 LOL)
And the new company Cannavest. And the details about the deal and what the transaction is giving Cannavest.
