Your post says "From $2150 a share (reverse split adjusted) in September of 2000... down to 6 cents a share today."

After getting forced into a BK, one should note that 6 cents and a 1 for 10 reverse, beats $0.00, had the company just went Chapter 7.

The real point to see, comes as 2013 unfolds.

The BK cost 4-6 months and attorney fee's, which imo, should have to be paid back to Cdex by the three who chose to ask for special treatment, when ALL knew the financial condition of the company.

It is so very obvious that Cdex could NOT repay the three or give them special treatment, and that the question of why these three did what they did, is quite clear.

No crying from the believer's in Cdex, a believe in doing that which is right, will be the outcome.

Geez, $2150 a share average is quite a hill to climb. Would take a leap of faith, to say the least, for a shareholder to get some of her dollars back.

Let's look at some math. If a shareholder has one share of Cdex stock, and her average is $2150, as your post points out, then...

***If she buys one more at 6 cents, her average becomes 1,075.03 for 2 shares.

1)She buys 9 shares at 6 cents, her average becomes $215.05 per share. 9x.06 = .54 cents

2)She buys 99 shares, average at $21.56 99x.06 = $5.94

3)She buys 999 shares, average at $2.21 999x.06 = $59.94

4)She buys 9999 shares, average is .27 cents per share. 9999x.06 = $599.94

5)She buys 99,999 shares, average is .081 cents per share. 99,999x.06 = $5,999.94

6)Or just keep your one share at $2,150 average and believe.

So, what does a Cdex shareholder do?

Imo, I like #4, that is only 5-10 green fees at most nice courses.
