yup, selling tiny amounts to bid sitters. and that is one of the problems here. traders see the 20.9M at .0014 and drop their bids instead of hitting the ask. this stock needs buying pressure at the ask, not bid support at the bottom.

until it gets sustained action at the top its not going to break the resistance.
