This is not news to me, and is exactly why shareholders will never win holding this POC!!! CEO is a crook IMHO!!

Just wait till the figure out a deal for a golden Parachute from COIN and then the company will be worthless as they will be first in line at the feeding trough!! Now you know why there is not going to be an annual shareholders meeting!!
