To DD, OS or anyone else who can decipher the language. The way I read the first link this would not have had anything to do with the P&D last month, Right? Seems to be more like a promissory note, with collateral. The second link is the master for the first. Any thoughts on what you take from all this, and that you share with the board, will be appreciated I'm sure. TIA!!!
