Isn't all together true IMO...I'm SURE there will be a BIG rise when the Company announces that the ProGas Deal has been 'Completed' by the end of this month as 'Promised'...

And there 'may' be a PR or two (or more) that come out before the end of this month, that will also give us a 'rise'...IMVHO
