We need a new CEO of WHAT?

A company that has been a part of a scam according to
a US Dist Judge in Tampa run by AB & Jeff Turino
(who is currently in Henderson NV jail pending
criminal trial in Oct 2013 for securities fraud,
RICO etc.

A company that lost it's Texas and Delaware charters
and has re-invented itself with a new Delaware corp
and there is no trace of shares being transfered from
the old company to the new.

A company that could never complete an audit because
there were not any valid oil and/or gas leases controlled
by the company.

A company run by AB's attorney in Dallas who has a lien
against the assets for previous legal fees.
