Parent you totally misunderstood my point. The integrity of the board is not in question.

"all of these individuals have the support of the majority of shareholders" Well if we had the opportunity to vote that could be proven but I think you are way off.

Lets changes things for a minute if they were a football team and on the board of directors there was a world renown dance instructor whould you want that person or perhaps a world class
photographer on the board? Heck no.

I don't understand why you do not want to vote who is on the board?
You do not want the CEO to have to answer to anybody? This is mind boggling to me!!!!!
I am not saying he is doing a crappy job. What I am saying is that the CEO must have a game plan in place which must be known to the BOD and it is the BOD job to make sure he sees it through.
Wouldn't you want somebody more qualified on the BOD like a manager or former manager of a pharmaceutical company? Or perhaps Director of sales of medical devices? These are the type of people That I wan't on the board. The type of people who understand the industry and what this company can expect to encounter not a scuba diver or book writer. Not to diminish what these men have acomplished but what does that have to do with medical testing devices?

In investing blind faith does not work especially on a pink sheet company.

TRUST BUT VERIFY!
That is what the BOD is for a voice for the people who own shares.
