MMTC has a good relationship with water. If they want to test water before it is used to wash produce, that will be a good way to control part of the process. Testing the water after it is used would also give insight into pathogen levels. More testing will definitely help find pathogens in the whole food handling, food safety process. Because the MIT scanners will be certified, easy to use, inexpensive to operate and self reporting compliant they are and will be attractive to food producers and labs. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
