I have no doubt there are good DMIT's out there but not the gotcha types. For your info My PRS is always in the 90's and I get close to 75-85% of the unrealistic goals that are set for my studio and if the goals were for the last 2 to 3 years when the recession was bad I would be getting bonus money. Oh they don't pay that anymore and plus no raise in the last 5 years.
When I am in the top 3 week after week right now the DM could at least send a thank you for pulling the district higher but no I just get a mass email that states we are not doing enough people we got to get sits up and bring more money in. This company had better start treating their profit makers like gold and get rid of the dead wood like the useless DMIT's we have. I expect to be treated better than the avg SM since I have been around a long time plus I make a ton of money for this company compared to the rest. We have an abundance of SM's that are really good but they are only open 3 days. Get rid of the non-performers and leaches and get them a studio that is open 5 or 7 days. There are some that open every day and have one or two sits per day, what's the problem there?
