You don't have to spend much

when your using someone else's stuff, however it does cost a little to hide.

Then there is that whole hospital certification thing, and getting anyone interested in spending money on it.

Remember this thing was ready for full commercialization back in 2011, ready for first sales right after the bankruptcy, and blah, blah blah.
