If you have been been there less than 2 years your probably making less than 10.00/hr. SM's that have been there 5 years or longer are making anywhere from 12,00 to 13.50/hr. there are plenty in the middle since the pay raise freeze 3 years ago or so. Whatever you started at is pretty much what your going to make . I can see minimum wage creeping in to maximize profit and alienating customers with employees that have no customer service skills like the front office.
