I apologize if my interpretation of your comments were incorrect.Perhaps I do not fully understand your points.However it seems to me that the overriding point of these transactions is to provide the access into positions for these institutions who have been shown to cArry other investors with them.I don't fully understand your concern over conversion rights thatmany of us do not feel will likely be relevant.You appear concerned that the share price will remain so low that the conversion will take place at a lower price than indicated.You have not explained the reason for your concern if the share price is plus $1:00.please explain in terms that even I can understand because if you don't believe SP will rise then why remain invested.Are you totally hung up on a technical point?
