Happened last week, I believe it closed above .30 but a trade posted 5 min after the bell and dropped it to .29. The next day it opened at that price...
Same is going to happen on Monday due to the late posting trades that took place yesterday after the bell.
.2989 is where the stock closed at @ 4PM on 3/15, but a trade posted after the bell raising the stock to .305 which is where it will open on Monday unless pre-market orders cause it to gap further up or down. Just watch and don't question.
But you are right, exteneded hours doesn't exist for otc, pink.
