The federal government is dragging its feet on answers to their stance on med marijuana long enough for the big pharmaceutical to catch up. Now that Pharms see that it is going to be viable, they put the lobbyist to work to slow things up so they will be in place. When big drug gets ready they will give holder the nod to speak
