They are terrible at keeping shareholders informed and it shows with the lack of interest in the stock, but things are going on behind he scenes that could be pr'd. Just one PR regarding new developments will send this stock flying imo. This what I read from a filing made by the company buying Geos:
Confidentiality; Public Announcements . The parties hereto agree that only Buyer may make any public announcement of
the existence of this Agreement and/or the transactions contemplated hereby, including without limitation the Purchase. The parties hereto
agree not to make public any of the terms of this Agreement, the Purchase, all other transactions contemplated hereunder and all other
Exhibits executed in connection herewith, unless otherwise required by law, regulations, rules, judicial order or a directive from the SEC, the
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or any applicable stock exchange or market or self-regulatory organization or unless in connection
with an alleged or actual violation of the terms of the Non-Competition Agreement
