I'm going contact the SEC and send them the portion of the transcript in which JH. stayed very clear that he received payment from this CROOKED BW, AS A PERSONAL PAYMENT! THOSE ARE GROUND TO OPEN A CRIMINAL CASE! SINCE THAT WAS A S/H'S MONEY! That MUST BE A PAYMENT FOR THE CLASSES HE TOOK ON HOW TO SCAM S/H!

There's a piece of this loan that I'm confused about. Is it a personal loan to BW or was it a loan to the company? Or was it a loan to several of BW's companies. I mean legally?
