The 10-K's three scenarios hypothesis:

1) Let's assume that BFRA decides to release 2010 to 2012's 10-K's this month. The stock will surly take off and will rise and continue to rise until the 1st Q release in May. Depending on the 10k's and 1st Q numbers.

2) The next option is to wait till April to release the 10'k's. This will give us two month till 1st Q numbers and the stock will rise subsequently.

3) The third option is to release all three 10'k's till May. Recall to that the last time BFAR released their 10'k was in May of 2010. Will they keep to their tradition and release them all in that month followed by 2012 1st Q numbers?

With all three scenarios on the on the table, BFAR has options. Recall too that they may decide to add more shares to their stash till the 10'k's are released thereby waiting till May to do so but if they have enough shares collected at this point they many decide to release the 10k's this month.
