Made thousands of dollars of MMJ stocks I bought in October, including this one and earned every penny :) This stocks job is to make me money. That's it. It is an employee and if the employee is not performing their job they get fired.

IMO dilution is constant the past week, 2.5 billion shares backs that theory up. ERBB is trading somewhat flat, but with low volume so looks like consolidation. I entered this position again on the last dip with the impression it would reverse for nice gain, it's looking shaky at best. I have been patient as it has not broken the 50SMA, but this coming week will tell all. Either it moves up or gets fired. Simple.

I hope Eric Holder give the news everyone wants, and if so MMJ companies will have to prove themselves to be profitable to be winners and ERBB has not shown that yet IMO. GLTU
