So on our conference call were informed that we can no longer use our pto to supplement our hours for the week if we're only open 3 or 4 days.. Wtf!!! Excuse I think I earned that pto. It was a freaking gift I got handed. But we were told if we wanna request a vacation then let them know. Who the hell can afford to take a freaking vacation when your only getting 21 or 29 hours a week!!! I seriously am starting to hate this company and see how profitable my store will be now.. They wanna screw me well go for it ill screw them. Sink ship sink!
