After many years of diligently working to implement our announced business plan of offering prepaid local telephone service in Houston Texas; WE HAVE NOW COMMENCED OUR MARKETING PLAN TO CREATE CASH FLOWS FROM BUSINESS OPERATIONS!

We have used the resources of the founders and other investors to cover the initial start-up costs of the business since the inception of the business

The only source of market awareness for the business is a small weekly advertisement in two (2) zones of the Houston Metropolitan edition of the "Greensheet" this small advertisement has driven an average weekly response of more than 100 inquiries from potential subscribers and we have converted on average 10% of the response into new paying subscribers each week.

For the first time ever the January and February 2013 income from paying subscribers covered the raw cost of telephone service from AT&T and returned a small gross profit!

We are firmly committed to pursuing cash flow and growth from the marketing of our prepaid local telephone service initially in Texas.
