Just spoke with TA, share structure info is:

A/S 850M
O/S 809M

Looks like some shares were recently issued, likely to be used for these new lease interest acquisitions. Two good things I see in this.

1. These deals are real and obviously the shares being issued are for minimal dilution required to fund the acquisition.

and

2. The A/S is almost maxed in which case this should pop with any good news.
