Chief you have brought this up many times. This is how I see it

MIAMI BEACH, FL, Jan. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Auctions International, Inc. ("Auctions") (OTCPINK: AUCI) would like to announce to its shareholders that Auctions has begun the
process of changing its name from Auctions International Inc. to
Rangemore Film Productions Corp. to reflect the anticipated completion
of the previously announced merger between Auctions and Rangemore
Productions Corp. The process will involve the filing of a Certificate
of Amendment with the State of Nevada and an application to FINRA
(Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) to recognize the new name and
request a new trading symbol. It is expected that the approval process
should take no more than four to six weeks.

NOW THAT IS JUST THE APPROVAL PROCESS.

Okay then they PRed this:

MIAMI BEACH, FL, Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Auctions International Inc. ("Auctions") (OTCPINK: AUCI) would like to update shareholders of Auctions and Rangemore Productions Corp. ("Rangemore") regarding the ongoing merger between the two parties
......
......
"We are very pleased and excited that the merger between Auctions and Rangemore is moving ahead as planned" stated Andrew McLaughlin, CEO of Auctions. "There is still a lot of work to be done but we are right on schedule and confident that we will close the transaction on or before March 31, 2013" continued Mr. McLaughlin.

Now, they would obviously do a name change after the final completion of the merger. Am I right. We just have to be more patient and understand that in business there are delays and as long as the merger gets completed by March 31st, and we see a name change soon after, we should be fine. IMO EOM

So they are not overdue based on the second PR. Atleast we know they are working other business transactions, so this merger is done.....Again IMO. Cheers!
