BTHR's incessant dilution, lack of underlying business, and utter lack of management has destroyed any semblance of shareholder value. Indisputable fact.

Look at the 9 month stock chart and the last three 10-Q's. What do you see? And the latest 10-k; what does that show? Do tell.

If you want to say trading BTHR for hundredths of a penny makes sense, I am in total agreement. Great stock symbol to trade. But as a company? No, it's not a company.

Will be tough for BTHR to close on Mangos, as finding a crack addicted banker that's willing to finance a convicted forger is a tough task. In addition, BTHR has only been able to close doors as of late-forget about a deal.
