I believe that they are ATTEMPTING to go through with the plan but,
there is still an appeal and NO written opinion from Lane. I lost all with another Q about 2 years ago and it was final. My funds were immediately removed from my port., in this case my funds are still there. They might be gone later today but they're still there now!
