I disagree. The momentum on this stock was based on the impression that the OS was unchanged from the merger. GM Tech and REIVAC kept saying the OS was still around 350M. They are crapping their pants today.

Now that shareholders know that the company has been duluting the whole time by close to 1.7 BILLION shares has taken the wind out of this stock's sails. Any dream of mult-pennies is a dream folks. This company is not worth more than $20 million dollars.

I still hold 4 million shares and will be dumping them over the next few days. Good luck to you all. I hope the wedge theory proves me wrong, but I think the legs on this stock were chopped off today!
