Royce, I think if any criminal chargers to be filled it would actually come from the SEC not the FBI.

Also at the same time if the SEC was to press any chargers one would think that they would send the BOD a Wells Notice, which we have not seen as of yet. I have seen many companies get this notice, penny stock ceo's to guys like the netflix ceo.
