Ty there is no mention of restricted shares in the report. Restricted would be as an example Company A has a OS of 189mi with 131 owned by insiders and restricted meaning not for sale or trade. Leaving a float of 58mil

vs Company B having a OS of 189mil and a Float of 58 mil leaving 131 that could be sold thus increasing the float.

The AS is how big the OS can go up to. Most pennys don't go beyond 1 bil. It conjures up thoughts of CMK x type scams.

The TA numbers are facts that tell us the shareholders what is going on. It see thru all the BS of all the pr and IR or CEO or the incessant pumping or bashing on the boards. It is the only 100% non-biased thing that we as shareholders can rely on. It is the single most important piece of information. If you understand what the numbers mean then you know what to expect and how to trade or invest or get out of a particular stock.

Ignore it if you want use it to your advantage if your smart.
