Please consider the following facts;
Canarc has been doing "deals" for over 11 years now, and so this will not be their "first".
Canarc OWNS OUTRIGHT the projects they are seeking to JV on, and nothing yet has changed this.
With the recent private placements, Canarc has already secured adequate working capital for at least the next year or more.
The "hold" period for the above PP shares is four months and one day (expiring on 4/22/13 and 5/22/13 respectively).
Brad Cooke is one of the most highly respected CEOs in the PM sector and also personally holds a significant share of Canarc. I personally have the patience and respect to cede to his discretion and wait for a deal that he believes adds long term value as opposed to just simply getting started in the short term.
Canarc is not and has never been a "stinky pinky pump and dump". If your time horizon is not LONG meaning a year or more Canarc may not be exciting enough for many.
