OK, while I"m highly skeptical, I actually just now talked to Sam. I am not in the stock, and probably will not reload, so I have no ulterior motive here.

The 212 phone number is being forwarded to a cell phone

I specifically asked Sam if the product was going out of business, and that some stores were showing clearance tags, as if they would not be buying the product as of 5/4/13. He asked which ones, and I said Publix in Florida (hope that was the right one).

He said it is bad information. They are not going out of business and bloggers are attacking the stock. He did say they WILL be releasing a PR next week.
