It is very on topic, it was mentioned the Company went dark, which it has. The "Press Release" if it can be called one, was solely put forth to unload more shares, nothing more.

GDSM should have just said, "We have no clue about mining, or how to run an honest Company, so we're going to hire more people in hopes that they do. And by the way, as an investor in GDSM, you'll be paying for the new hirees up front."

Just outlining the facts as to WHY it went dark, and IMO, what will happen in a couple of weeks when the filing is due and 1000 more investors get a chance to see another quarter of a billion shares dumped by GDSM over the span from the last filing, .0002 will happen.

How anyone could consider arguing a point that is so blatantly obvious is amazing to me. GDSM is nothing but a share printing SCAM that hasn't, and never will mine for anything, they don't even own a shovel! They borrowed one for WSRA for the bucket tests.. LMFAO
