I don't care if they are dumb or smart. If you learn anything on the pink sheets, it is that there are no guarantees. That applies to anything a pink sheet company says its going to accomplish. There are countless pink sheet shareholders who have lost small fortunes believing their pink sheet company was "Guaranteed" to succeed.
