Good assessment of the situation. I often wonder (and there is an article in this month's Fortune to the same effect) whether some insider selling comes from just 'portfolio balancing' by insiders. Perhaps J. Meringola was just reducing his investment in this area to balance it in another... obviously we have no way of knowing the true motivation. My thought at this point though is that there's no rampant, significant insider selling recently. I'd think that if something was truly wrong (or misrepresented) we'd see some other insiders get on the band wagon when the time is ripe.

You may be right that it's a 'wait and see'. I'm going to nibble at it...if there's a hook in it I hope that I'll see it before they reel me in.
