Your posts seem to misstate the facts, and are lacking the a basic knowledge of the industry. Beta testing has nothing to do with the old videotape format, but is what all software and hardware companies do before a market release. The CEO is not 90 years old, but 83, and has been selling communication devices for 20 years. He seems that he has built a nice living out of it. There are many companies still using them in plants all over the country. If he can work from home, then he joins 10 of thousands that have Internet buisness at home, like you see on EBAY. I think that he saw a chance to be involved in the next way to offer a fast Internet service at a low price. At least he has the guts to put his name out there and do something about it, he knew what he was in for. But when he's successful he can be proud of what he's done.

It would be refreshing if you could just post on current news, and not the past. We all know the history of the past 3 years, and is in the process of changing it. There is a new CEO, and a BOD that includes an attorney, and account. They are current on all there dealings with the government agencies. This is a company that is in recovery and ready to make good on the past. From what I've seen, I like there chances.
