Most likely. I still think the whole issue is that Penstock diluted this stock to a point that is no longer profitable for him to continue Itokk as a company. Let it ride, because its subs and technology are pulling in whatever revenue supporting whatever ventures he may have. Unless they are audited, which will never happen unless forced too, we will never know how much money is involved. I think he knows that legally he is walking a tightrope and the only reason he has kept contact AT ALL ibecause you have forced the issue. All IMHO of course.
