If this was just a share selling scam why does no-one sell big numbers of shares? Why would you demand this high price if the sole purpose of the enterprise was to generate money for its owners by flooding the market with shares? The split made the insiders have a lot of cheapies, but why not make a quick payday and sell them?

Consider this, TRII might be the real deal. Now the behavior of insiders make sense, the timing of going public could not been worse with the CEO in a suspended stock BUT that does not make TRII a scam. Until we know what will happen with the CEO no market will be made at this PPS, but if you know this is real no market will be made at a lower PPS either!
