No, usually it's a lie used by management to keep the naive investors hanging on to hope. Very sleazy business practice..... Most pinks disappear after the milking of marks is done.

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy fools with money.
